RELIEF CARE STAFF - JOB DESCRIPTION
Caring for people with learning disabilities can be a very challenging but rewarding career. We recognise that our staff need support and guidance to be good at their jobs, and we try hard to meet that need. We have robust induction, supervision and training programmes, allowing us to take on newcomers to the caring profession.
Whilst experience within caring is likely to be an advantage for candidates, we have a good record of bringing people into care work. Lack of experience need not be a barrier for an enthusiastic, hard-working person who understands that the wellbeing of the people we care for is the primary concern in everything we do.
